You're less likely to forget if you have written it down.

Don't rely on your memory – write it down! Things will get forgotten and seeing an Action List will help you prioritise what needs to be done. To cut down on the time taken to write your daily list, put it on the computer so you can cut and paste from day to day. It will help focus your mind when the same task has been transferred forward several times!
